Porn in public places?

This link is to a Washington Post article about people watching porn in public (on subways trains, on plane flights, in Starbucks, etc.).  Apparently, as WiFi and 3G become more available, people are using it to download and watch porn while out in public.  Families with kids are having to ask people to stop watching it or complain to flight attendants or managers.  Federal law forbids downloading porn in public libraries, but there are no such laws preventing this in other places.  Do you think there should be?

  1. If I see someone watching porn in a public place I would not know what to do. The first thing that would come to my mind would be that the person has no shame and definitely does not care. I think that is something very personal that you would only watch at home but apparently not everyone thinks the same. I remember I went once to a club back home and it was packed that night. They have big screen tv's all over the bar and in the dance floor the entire wall was a tv. On those they were showing a Kama sutra video where they had actual people doing the poses. I was shocked and I think many people felt the same way because I went there a lot and they never put anything like that. They usually had music videos going on but I guess they wanted to change it a bit.
